    Hello everyone,

We are currently conducting a survey documenting the range of experimental and observational studies of nonhuman biological systems exhibiting pathogen coinfection. We are particularly interested in how scientists have detected and tracked the abundances of coinfecting pathogens (e.g., presence/absence data or viral load/intensity data over time).

If you work on any biological systems with documented coinfections, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share relevant information about the system, including the diseases involved, methods used to study coinfection, and how disease monitoring has been conducted.

You can contact me at: jing.jiao@cos.name

    Best wishes,
    Jing Jiao
