Enrollments for the Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox are now open.

This is an online course for researchers and students who wish to build custom dynamical models using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (bdtoolbox.org). Each step is explained in a short video lecture with a focus on practical programming techniques. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs), Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), Delay Differential Equations (DDEs), Stochastic Differential Equations (SDEs), model-specific plotting functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Upon completing the course, students will be able to transform differential equations into working simulations. Study time is 8 hours.
